Those wishing to join the Seishinryoku jutsu will  go through an in depth interview process requiring proper documentation and references, which will be verified.

Those from other styles (ju jutsu - aiki jutsu) wishing to convert to Seishinryoku jutsu are reviewd on a case by case basis.
